These Terms govern your use of Global Impact Marketplace, the global marketplace for real-world assets and physical goods. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Global Impact Marketplace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Marketplace Rules

Global Impact Marketplace is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Buyers and sellers transact directly. Global Impact Marketplace facilitates but does not take title to goods. All listings must represent genuine physical items or real-world assets.

3. Seller Obligations

Sellers must: (a) accurately describe all items; (b) fulfill orders within stated timeframes; (c) maintain at least a 4.0 star rating; (d) not list prohibited items; (e) comply with all applicable laws.

4. Buyer Protections

Global Impact Marketplace offers a Buyer Protection Program for items not received or significantly not as described. Claims must be filed within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

5. TSC Payment Terms

All transactions on Global Impact Marketplace settle in TSC (Trusted Smart Chain Token). Prices displayed in USD are estimates only. The TSC price at time of transaction is binding. Global Impact Marketplace charges a 1% platform fee on all transactions.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed: weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, stolen property, live animals, human remains, and items that violate applicable law.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved through Global Impact Marketplace's Resolution Center. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to Global Impact Marketplace for binding arbitration.

8. Limitation of Liability

Global Impact Marketplace's liability to any user is limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid by that user in the preceding 12 months, or (b) $100 USD.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

10. Changes to Terms

Global Impact Marketplace may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
